<p>Scotland has some of the most generous heating upgrade funding in the UK. Here's a summary of the main schemes available to homeowners in Glasgow and Renfrewshire.</p>

<h3>Home Energy Scotland (HES) Grants and Loans</h3>

<p>Home Energy Scotland is the Scottish Government's energy advice and funding scheme. For heat pump installations, eligible homeowners can access:</p>

<li><strong>Grants:</strong> Up to £7,500 for air source heat pumps and up to £9,000 for ground source heat pumps</li>

<li><strong>Interest-free loans:</strong> Up to £7,500 additional funding alongside the grant</li>
